Original Song Contest, Round 1 Results & Extension
With over 700 viewers and over 100 participants, it goes without saying that the Original Song writing contest is off to a great start! Singers from around the world broadcasted live in hopes of winning a recording contract, a professional music video of their song and more!
Host Luke Conard, the YouNow and Reality Dance staff had their work cutout for them. Having to choose only 11 performers that will move on to the finals.

Due to the overwhelming turnout, not everyone had a the chance to perform on Monday’s time slot. In an effort to give everyone a chance to perform, the open call portion of the contest will be extended. Those who did not perform on Monday will be able to show the world what they got on Thursday, October at 5:30pm EDT on YouNow.com/Music+ in round two!
