YouNow’s Next Top Video Host - CONTEST
Are you a talented video maker? Do you enjoy watching and talking about awesome YouNow broadcasts? If this is you, you should enter our contest to become YouNow’s Next Top Video Host!
Each week we upload an Epic Top 5 Countdown video to our YouTube channel, highlighting some of the most interesting/funny/entertaining broadcasts from that week on YouNow. These videos have been hosted by Cody-Ann Palmer, Angel Gonzalez, and most recently, the one and only Donovan “The Prince” Santiago.
However, the time has come for someone from the COMMUNITY to create these videos, and we are giving YOU a chance to be that person!
HOW TO COMPETE
- Create a sample Recap Video, highlighting the “best” 3 YouNow broadcasts of this week, using these 3 sample videos here.
- Upload your video to YouTube
- Submit your video to LoadnVote by entering the URL for your YouTube video in your submission here, between the dates August 10-August 20th.
- After the “Loading” period, you will have 7 days where the community will vote on your video. During this voting period, you will be able to monitor your progress on LoadnVote’s contest leaderboard.
- The winner will be announced on August 27th.
WHAT WILL I GET IF I WIN?
The winner will get a 3-month contract with YouNow to host Top 5 Countdown videos, a featured spot on YouNow’s YouTube channel, and the exposure that comes with hosting our weekly videos. Oh, and $250 for each month hosting the YouNow weekly videos!
REQUIREMENTS
- Your video must be uploaded to YouTube, then posted on LoadnVote
- The video should be no longer than 5 minutes in length
- You must use material from these 10 videos to create your Top 5 Countdown.
- Be creative! We want to see your best ideas & your personality shine through!
Ultimately, the winner will be determined by the YouNow staff, and entries will be judged based on their production value, creativity, and the personality / stage presence of the host.
