YouNow is Going to Vidcon!
VidCon 2012 kicks off this week and guess who’s going to be there? YouNow.com. Let me fill you in about VidCon 2012 and what we have planned for the event this year.
VidCon is the largest conference, convention, and celebration for people who love online video. It is a place where creators, viewers, and enablers come to learn, have fun, and enjoy some of the best online content. The convention kicks off Thursday June 28th until Saturday June 30th and will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center. Attending VidCon includes Michael Buckley, Charles Trippy and Prank vs Prank couple Jesse and Jeana just to name a few. You can check out the complete list of guest here. VidCon is a place where YouTuber’s can interact with fans and where companies can show off new content. The convention will also feature interviews, open mics and panels.
We will have our own booth at VidCon and attendees can expect a whole lot of fun! Representing YouNow will be Adi Sideman - CEO, Dorian Dargan - Operations Manager, Dan Gilormo - Content Manager, our hostess Cody-Ann Palmer and Community Manager Nick Ruiz. We will be holding meet ups, showcasing the website and attendees will have the chance to broadcast live from our booth.
We will also be giving away 15,000 coins to any community member that stops by wearing a YouNow shirt. So stay tuned because this weekend we will be broadcasting and giving updates straight from VidCon.
